ABOUT Carolann Monahan

Office Manager

Carol Ann Monahan has been a part of Horizon Audiology, Inc. since its inception in 2007. She graduated from the College of St. Elizabeth’s, where she earned a B.S. in Business in Business Administration. Her initial role was as a Patient Care Coordinator. Her responsibilities included managing patient scheduling, addressing patient inquiries, billing, accounts receivables and coordination of insurance benefits. As the practice grew, her role as Patient Care Coordinator has expanded into her current position as Office Manager. She now oversees all the daily administrative operations of the practice and billing. Prior to joining Horizon Audiology, Carol Ann’s early career included positions at Merrill Lynch, Baxter Healthcare and AAA Mid Atlantic.

“I feel very lucky to work at Horizon Audiology. Our staff is very dedicated to the overall wellbeing of our patients, and we continue to educate ourselves on the newest technologies and best practices in the Hearing Healthcare Industry.” Outside of the office, Carol Ann enjoys spending time with her family. She lives in East Windsor with her husband Michael and three boys, Kevin, Craig and Liam.
