Our Team
Dr. Jane C. Brady, Au.D., FAAA
Owner | Director | Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Jane Brady is the Owner and Director of Horizon Audiology. She has been practicing audiology for over 30 years in a variety of settings, including hospital, ENT, and private practice. She earned her undergraduate degree at Trenton State College; her master’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University; and her doctor of audiology degree from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry College of Audiology. She has been a NJ Hearing Aid Dispenser for over 30 years and is a Certified Dementia Provider.
Dr. Brady has experience diagnosing dizziness and imbalance disorders, alongside hearing loss. After working at the New Jersey Vestibular Institute and JFK Medical Center for many years, she returned to a more audiological focus working as one of the audiologists at Princeton Otolaryngology. In 2007, she decided to pursue her dream and open an independently operated private audiology practice. Dr. Brady has worked tirelessly since that time to develop an audiology model incorporating caring, one to one individual focus for each and every patient that walks into her doors. She has hired a staff of highly motivated personnel who share her vision for unique, individual hearing care.
Dr. Brady is Dr. Cliff Certified, and is a part of Hearing Up. She has experience working with pediatrics to geriatrics. Her areas of focus are centered on hearing loss, tinnitus evaluations, and cognitive screenings.

Dr. Briana Scuderi, Au.D., F-AAA, CCC-A
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Briana Scuderi was born and raised in Feeding Hills, Massachusetts. She graduated from Worcester State University with a degree in Communication Science and Disorders and a minor in Psychology, she then went on to earn her Doctor of Audiology from Nova Southeastern University in 2021. Dr. Scuderi is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Dr. Scuderi’s passion for audiology began in childhood, sparked by a classmate’s hearing aids and the profound impact they had on his ability to connect with the world. This early experience inspired her lifelong commitment to serving the hearing-impaired community. She has since gained experience working with patients of all ages in hospitals, ENT offices, and private practices. Dr. Scuderi is dedicated to helping individuals improve their quality of life and has a particular interest in working with the geriatric population.
Outside of work, Dr. Scuderi enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors with her bernedoodle and goldendoodle, swimming, spending time with her family and friends, and attending art auctions/collecting art.
Carol Ann Monahan
Office Manager | Insurance Biller
Carol Ann has been with Horizon Audiology since inception. She attended the College of St. Elizabeth and has a B.S. in Business Administration Management. She has an extensive background in customer service, as well as experience in account services. Carol Ann enjoys building long lasting relationships with our patients and helping them navigate questions regarding hearing aids, pricing, and insurance.
She has always gravitated towards customer service as she enjoys helping and meeting new people. Working at Horizon Audiology has been a very rewarding and educational experience for Carol Ann.
Carol Ann and her husband are getting used to being empty nesters. She loves the beach, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Liz Naidrich
Patient Care Coordinator
Liz is our kind and knowledgeable Patient Care Coordinator. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Harford University. Prior to joining our team at Horizon Audiology, she volunteered for Meals on Wheels, and was active in her daughters’ classrooms organizing fundraisers for their activities. She loves learning from patient’s life experiences and finds it incredibly rewarding to see how hearing aids can change their lives. Working in the healthcare field brings her great joy.
Liz enjoys spending time with her 3 daughters. She loves visiting New York City, spending time with friends, going to the beach, and watching water sports.
Diana Slaiciunas
Patient Care Coordinator
Diana is one of our knowledgeable and friendly Patient Care Coordinators. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rider University and brings 20 years of experience in insurance and customer service to our team. Diana has always wanted to contribute in a meaningful way to others, and this career allows her to do just that. She loves helping people and connecting with patients every single day.
Diana has three great kids and two dogs. She enjoys trying new restaurants and traveling when she can.
How We Give Back to Our Community
Our owner, Dr. Jane Brady, grew up in this community and does her best to give back. Dr. Brady provides free hearing screenings at local health fairs and goes into senior centers to provide hearing services.
